Waste of money in my experience.
Both myself and partner wasted money on these wonders!

Honestly just do some core exercises, much cheaper wnd more efficient. There is no quick fix.

I wasted a lot of money on Slendertone years ago and I can't see that it will have changed as it's still the same basic idea.

No, but ended up in hospital with a Splenic Infarct which the doctors blamed it for.

Seriously bad news !!

Used it after I lost a good deal of belly fat. But only on top of other exercises. I feel it helped me see the definition quicker than if I had stuck to what I was doing. Only used it gor about 4 months then gave it to my sister to use.

Nope. I was part of a study that used them for 10 months, daily, three hours a day. Made no difference whatsoever and we were measured in every way possible, photographs, physical check ups; measurements, fitness tests, scans.

They do nothing but have some potentially pretty bad side effects.

So what are the best core exercises? I've lost a load of weight, but I'm still wobbly round the middle.
