Moved from a big city to the suburbs 18 months ago. Mostly really happy with the choice but definitely identify as a city girl. Got two young DDs and the move was mostly for them. But I was walking about this morning and just feel like the walls are closing in and my world had become so small. I'm used to multi-cultural, ethnically and socially diverse communities and where I live is mono cultural - almost entirely white British & I miss the diversity. Think I was spoilt growing up as I didn't even notice it but now it's gone it's like a void.
