I do weekly and fortnightly cleans. Also one off deep cleans. And clean 2 offices per week, one for a removal company who recommended me to customers for one off jobs when they move out.
I only use eco friendly products.
A friend recommended me to the owner of a local pub, wich needs one he'll of a deep clean, particularly the untreated wooden floor, wich is greasy, grimy and dark black in certain areas- think I need to take a paint scraper to it😂
There asking me for a quote and think they're wanting it done overnight. I think it will take me 2 nights, because it's a big space and will basically be on my hands and knees with a wire scrubbing brush. Think they want the bar and toilets done too.
I usually charge 13 ph. Obviously I'm going to charge more but don't know what. Also Im not sure what to use on the floor? Just hot soapy water? Or do I need to get some heavy duty stuff ? I've not cleaned untreated wood before so don't want to ruin it.
Sorry I sound clueless but want to know what I'm on about when I talk to them.
Thanks for any help!

I’d get some wood cleaner specific for that type of floor personally as if you get it too wet with soapy water it can soak into the wood and cause lifting/rotting over time and you don’t want anything to come back on you. Perhaps ask them what they have used in the past? A scourer or light sandpaper should remove any stuck on bits then a wipe over/polish should do it. Bathroom cleaner for grime for any hard to remove bits works Well if let on for a few minutes. Viakol or cilit bang is good for shining for the bathrooms (plus lots of bleach) id charge at least £15 ph for initial deep clean to include costs of products. Good luck

Hi - thank you. I'm ok with what to get for the toilets, was more the floor I'm worried about. Good advice about the wood floor cleaner....I don't think the have used anything on it before - apparentlythe owners mum just goes round and gives it a sweep every morning, and doesn't mop ( the said it doesn't get mopped at the end of the evening either 😦) thanks for the tips you've been really helpful
