Advice on travel with the current situation.

I take immunosupressents and have immuno supressed injections.

My job involves some travel. I am supposed to be going to germany next sunday for work.

Our company has put out a statement banning all but essential travel to China , Hong Kong and Maccau at the moment.

I am supposed to be flying to Germany next week to meet up with a guy who has just come back from the other side of the world via Taipei. Now i dont know if i should go.
The company have basically said no you shouldnt be going but my results this year are based on these meetings going well.
I shouldnt go right?

Oh i have left a message with my consultant but i imagine they have a tonne of these calls to work through not just mine

Is there any way you could have the meeting online? and if there are samples etc, could they be couriered? I know meeting in person is good for business, but it not great in lots of other ways!
