What's your favourite nut butter?

I've been eating peanut butter for years and discovered the delights of hazelnut butter a few months ago. Going to try some others once the jar has run out.

So just out of curiosity, what's your favourite nut butter? And least favourite if you have one?

@GeraltOfRiviaIsMyCat, it is this on by Pariani. They also have asweetened version which is orgasmically good.

Plain old peanut - the others are all a bit sweet, though lovely.

Peanut is the workhorse

Make sure to try pumpkin seed butter too.

Ooh this looks nice @Mominatrix. They also have a chinotto syrup I like the look of.

I thought I saw a Pip and Nut bakewell nut butter - unless I dreamt it!

Pip and Nut do a pumpkin spice almond butter. It's utterly gorgeous on Burgen soya and linseed toast. I just wish they did a proper big pot of it.

@GeraltOfRiviaIsMyCat, thank you for poiting out both of those products. The pistachio/cocoa butter would be great to sauté veg in. I love all the products of this company.

Meridian Almond, on toast with a chopped banana. I hate peanut butter!

@Mominatrix Thanks for bringing them up! I love Damiano things but haven’t been able to get it lately, this company looks similar. I’ve just ordered hazelnut burrolio, hazelnut paste and Chinotto syrup.

Good Earth do a dark roasted peanut butter which is utterly delicious.
I love a marmite and peanut butter sandwich.

Whole earth hazelnut and cashew butter. But it’s pretty expensive and the jar is very small so I mainly buy peanut. Just finished some on rice cakes for breakfast. Yum

Pecan butter is amazing

I love the Meridian and Whole Earth dark roasted peanut butter

Ooh and the Nut Blend praline nut butter is awesome

I find that most of the ones I liked include palm oil and so I'm limited to just a few now. Such a shame so many of them do, including Waitrose and M&S
