Ex is claiming benefits while working cash in hand and living with an undisclosed partner.
He is now using the benefits income to claim legal aid....has anyone reported this?
I'm torn between it making me seem very petty if I inform his solicitor or a mediator that they might want to double check his entitlement....and being very cross that he knows I will need to pay full costs if it goes to court, and would probably drag it out intentionally in order to cost me money I don't have.
