Are there any Swedish people around?

How can I describe/translate what Svenska B is to British/American people? It's for a CV so really just putting 'Svenska B' will mean nothing to them....

Tack så mycket!

Is it the equivalent to an A Level in Swedish literature?

Svenska B is the equivalent to A level Swedish - I would say language and literature if you want to specify as it includes modules on both language and literature.

I assume that you have your grades from a few years ago as Svenska B has become Svenska 3 in recent years. Instead of taking 2 150 point courses they have spit it into 3 100 point courses. The content is largely the same.
