Has anyone ever got rid of a milia (those little white spots you get near your eyes) by poking it with a sewing needle (sterilised of course!)?

Sometimes - at the end of a cold you get a viscous snot rope. When you pull away with a tissue you can feel the snot rope sliding through your whole nasal cavity. It's not like normal snot at all, it sort of slithers and tickles but feels really cleansing.

When you extract a noteworthy lump of earwax and you keep for a while to gaze at it in awe...

On the subject of pulled bum hairs many years ago I think I got a collection of them & they formed a sort of hair match stick which I had to weirdly remove. Incredibly satisfying & only happened once. I've never mentioned it to anyone. Am I alone?

Peeling dead skin off various parts of my body- mostly feet and cuticles.
Cracking joints (right ankle is particularly satisfying)
I once had really bad blisters on my feet and had to pad them for a week. When I finally peeled off the skin it smelled like old cheese. Bliss.
And all above mentioned. Though I can't say I've ever had a bum hair.

I have developed eczema inside my ear. Love picking the skin off most days.

Leaving toe nails maybe a little too long, and then, after wearing snug trainers for a run, feeling a bit sore and cutting them short - oh the instantaneous relief! Bliss.
