I have just take my Ds's dog back home, he stays with us when they are at work.
I had a large jacket on and my goodness I sweated loads. We had to pass an infant school and there were lots of parents with no coats on.
We are in Cheshire and the barometer says its 13 degrees. Sun was shining it feels like spring.

What's the temperature where you live.
Will we have a bad February and March maybe April.

9 degrees here in the Midlands. Similar temperatures predicted over the next couple of weeks.

Still potential for the big freeze to hit though as we had those huge amounts of snow in March 2018.

It's 10°C here but so very windy it feels much colder. It's supposed to be very mild tomorrow.

I do think we will have a lot of snow at the end of February and beginning of March.
