I’m only using my slow cooker for the second time, the first time my sausage casserole burnt to shit. This time I’m doing gammon in coke but for various reasons I didn’t start it until about 1:20 this afternoon.
Due to the burning the first time I thought the low setting would be enough and was hoping to have it at about 7:30 but now I’m worried I won’t have given it long enough.
The joint is about 850g. How long until it’s cooked properly? TIA
