Returning to Zara with no receipt

I've got an unworn dress still with labels that I've lost the receipt for.

Anyone know if Zara would give a credit note?

Worth a try but personally I find the assistants in Zara to be the most unpleasant, unhelpful and unfriendly ever!

Norra chance. They are vile.

They might let you exchange but if it’s gone into sale you’ll only get the current selling price

I managed to return something without the receipt and got a credit note. It was a while ago though

It’s not a case of the staff being vile, it’s what ever the company policy is. Shops don’t have to take stuff back even with a receipt.

Did you pay by card? I’ve returned things to clothing stores using a bank statement as proof of purchase.

You cant expect a thing without proof of purchase. If you paid by card them a statement would count. Otherwise you have no recourse.

Zara are notorious for being arseholes for refunding. That’s the reason I don’t shop there anymore (and I’m too old and fat now).

Ime they only refund with a receipt
