Early Pregnancy pains or lack of

Hi Ladies,

First time mummy and I am 7 weeks, nausea & really sore boobs has been a factor last 10 days, however yesterday and today I haven’t really felt any nausea and my boobs are not as sore, I woke with a dull ache in my left side today and it hasn’t shifted, I haven’t had any blood, but starting to worry a little bit, I know every pregnancy is different, but does this sound normal? Many thanks

You may regret saying that as the nausea can go away for a day or two then return with a vengeance! If you are concerned speak to your local midwife team (I’m guessing you haven’t had your booking in appointment yet?).
