Any experienced hairdressers about to help?

Iv has years of constant colour on long hair but it’s in good condition. Until 6 months ago I had all over dark colour on it. I wanted to lighten it a little and the stupid hairdresser ruined it by doing a bad balyage that I did not ask for. Condition came back and changed hairdresser:

Currently have foils, one dark and the other blond (inc bleach but isn’t bleach white). The trouble is it looks good for 1/2 weeks and then for some reason on just the top section the dark isn’t holding? It’s going really light to the point of not really noticing there is a dark in the top section?

Hairdresser says she doesn’t know. I’ve asked what to do next as I don’t like it. She suggest going a darker colour (which I don’t want as the dark is dark enough) or that she should’ve put any blonde in the top section?

I don’t think that would solve the problem either as it’s dark for about 2 weeks... so why would having all dark on top make a difference esp when there is bleach in the blonde sections?

I have a picture of what it looked like after it was done but can’t post a picture today of what it is now as I don’t want to dry and straighten it (naturally curly). There is no sun that’s bleaching it, yes I straighten and dry every day but my hair has never done this before so that can’t be the reason either.

Anyone??
