What are boots called that aren't ankle or knee high

I need new boots but I want some that I can tuck me jeans into. Ankle boots aren't high enough and I'm not keen on my ankle showing. I don't want really high ones either.

Is there a term for this length?

Sorry if this is a silly question

Calf length 😁

I like fly calf length boots, they are just right, I'm quite short but don't like ankle length. May not be your style though!

What length would you class these boots as to me they're higher than ankle boots? This was more the length I meant

I'd call those ankle boots.
As with those, many are categorised as 'biker'

EmmaC78 · 26/01/2020 13:35

Yes, they are ankle boots.

Motherofmonsters · 26/01/2020 13:37

Thanks all so it is ankle boots I'm after.

I think I must be overly fussy with my boot lengths
