To be scared of cancer

I'm a 30 year old mum of two young kids. I had a fibroid in my first pregnancy. I also felt my ovary felt strange and asked the sonogrammer (5 years ago) she said it was fine but looked folded. I asked if I needed to do anything and she said no.

Since my second has been born I've had much heavier periods. Lots of leaking and clots. Periods are lasting at least a day longer than before kids

I've been to the drs six months ago. She tried me on the pill (too much nausea) she tried me on transexamic acid. It didn't help. She also gave me iron pills. My reserves were pretty much gone.

The last two-three months my ovulation hurts. I spot when I ovulate. My left ovary sometimes aches. My womb feels pressure and slightly irritated all the time. Then Monday I went to the loo and had loads of red blood like a paper cut coming away. I phoned the Dr and was seen 2 days later by a nurse in the evening. I prepared myself for needing swabs/smear and her to check my waters etc. All she did was refer me for a scan and told me to book in a smear and swabs. They have no appointments yet but I need to phone up next week for the swabs. The ultrasound is Wednesday. I'm still spotting pink or brown blood most days in places. My tail bone feels bruised even though I've not hurt it? I feel pressure in my womb area or really high up in my bottom when I sit down. I just know something isn't right.

I had a hpv test some Wednesday (not a smear) so that has been sent off. Hopefully I'll get those back next week. I just can't help worrying. Is this something sinister or fibroids etc?

I'm so worried I've got cervical cancer. I did miss my last smear as kind of lost my way last year. I was really anxious and struggling to organise my life. I just focused on the kids. I just hope it's nothing sinister Sad
