Inspired by another thread on this section. I used to be very spiritual but feeling like I’ve lost my way. I don’t know what’s true or false anymore, nor where my life is going. Please ignore this thread if you’re going to be cynical, but anyone who helps I would be so grateful to you.

What helped you in the past? In times of great stress we often stop doing the things that really helped us previously.

Is there any way you could make a list of 10 things that make you feel better? Try hard to come up with 10 things and do one each day and see if the fog starts lifting a bit.
