Recommend me some comfy ear plugs so I can sleep please?

Just that.

Currently away and paper thin walls mean I can hear everything, everywhere!
I'm also near a hospital so I have sirens and an air ambulance!

Never used ear plugs. Ideas welcome.
Thanks

I swear by these

Take a pair with me anytime I stay overnight somewhere and wear them at home as OH snores

I use the foam ones from boots. About £7 for a big box. I wear them every night and have done for years with no problems.

The mouldable waxy / putty ones are the best I've found, not sure if they sell them over the counter. I found the foam ones cause earache and don't block the noise as well.
If you're stuck, you can use tissue paper, just don't make the ball too small so you can't get it out.

We use wax ones. You can get them pretty cheap on amazon.

I get the 3M orange foam ones in packs of 100 from eBay. I wear them every night. I’ve tried several other foam ones that have all caused me pain (sensitive ears!) but these are great

Primark! £1 for a pack of 6. They are long so I cut them down. Been using them for 2 yrs are they are fab!

I used the soft foam ones from boots too. They help me and i'm a really light sleeper when it comes to noise!! They say one time use I think but tbh i'll use one pair for about a week and then change to a new pair. I buy packs of 3 but I think they do sell a bigger pack too.

Bio ears I think they're called they're silicone and block out everything! You feel like you're in a little bubble everything's so blocked out. They're sticky at first but they're amazing! The foam ones always fall out of my ears. Boots do they're own brand or you can get the branded version from boots or amazon. I can't life without these!

Boots foam ones are good. I've tried their wax ones but found they fall out during the night.
