Anyone use Look Fantastic ? Order not arrived

So my order was due 7th Jan. I could have gone and bought the stuff in Boots by now.

I have sent several emails (four) asking about it. Their policy is to replace (only told this when submitting the lost parcel form) rather than refund.

I've now asked three times how long it has to be lost for before they replace it. Each time they ignore the question, tell me they are waiting to hear from the courier and thank me.

Does anyone know how long I have to wait for it not to arrive or should I just try to get a refund?

I've had this problem with them twice now. I got further by using Twitter than by email or phone call. Tbf to them they replaced the order quickly and refunded my postage (both were next day delivery) after that but I'm not going to use them again unless they stop using Hermes.

I've had issues with three other companies recently. All used Hermes. My local delivery person is great once they get the parcel so it's a local depot and overall Hermes issue. I'm going to check in future before I order and if that's the companies chosen delivery service then I'll go elsewhere.

None of that helps you sorry! Went off on a rant. 😬

I have had no issues with look fantastic. We have had so many issues with Hermes though, parcels left outside houses right at the bottom of the road ( luckily we gave honest neighbours) with no card. Parcels left behind the wheely bin of a house 5 doors away . Both times we were at home for the parcel too! I sympathise with the amount of deliveries they need to do but it’s beyond ridiculous! I actively avoid Hermes where I can.

I use them regularly with no problems usually. Orders usually came from royal mail and they would send a text message when it was going to be delivered.
Recently however they seem to have switched to Hermes and I've had nothing but problems with couriers lying and things saying they are out for delivery and then not being delivered. To be fair to Lookfantastic they have managed to sort the problems out each time. I'd suggest using their livechat feature which is pretty good.
I've a few things I need to order at the moment, but to be honest I've been putting it off as if they are still using Hermes, I just don't want the hassle of having to chase my order etc. I'm hoping it might just have been a blip over the Christmas period?

Interesting it's since Hermes took over for some of you. In the interim I've ordered from Clinique (royal mail) Amazon and J Lewis (Hermes) and all three have turned up.

Their email facility is infuriating. Just ignoring my question on waiting times and asking if there is anything they can do for me. Will try Twitter or Live Chat tomorrow.

I've order to outside UK and the parcel arrived with no problems.
