So my order was due 7th Jan. I could have gone and bought the stuff in Boots by now.
I have sent several emails (four) asking about it. Their policy is to replace (only told this when submitting the lost parcel form) rather than refund.
I've now asked three times how long it has to be lost for before they replace it. Each time they ignore the question, tell me they are waiting to hear from the courier and thank me.
Does anyone know how long I have to wait for it not to arrive or should I just try to get a refund?
