This is no stealth boast. I think I need to seek help but I can’t register at a doctors because I live in a room in a shared house, we all pay cash so there’s no tenancy agreement or utility bills in my name.

I’m 49 & weigh 45 kgs (I’m 5’6”)
Today I realised I have had 1 crumpet all day .
I look in the mirror & see bones but can’t do anything about it

Hi, according to this site you shouldn’t be refused if you don’t have proof of address:

www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/gps/how-to-register-with-a-gp-practice/

You can also get an emergency appointment as a temporary resident and then register:

www.nhs.uk/common-health-questions/nhs-services-and-treatments/how-do-i-register-as-a-temporary-resident-with-a-gp/

I’m sorry you’re having problems eating and you’re definitely underweight for your height. You might also want to post on the Eating Disorders section as posters there have more experience?

Hope you get the help you need and sending you a hug x
