Can anybody help with some advice on Spain please?

We're going on holiday to Spain in April. We are having a villa near Pollensa in Mallorca. However, we are travelling on the Saturday of the Easter weekend & will arrive late. This means we will not have time to shop for food. I imagine that shops will be closed on Easter Sunday, can anybody confirm this please?

Lidl and Eroski in Pollenca are normally open on Sundays in summer, but I wouldn’t expect either to be open on Easter Sunday.
