Can anyone recommend an area to stay in in Paris? I’ve been looking for weeks and weeks. We just want somewhere cheap and cheerful, but I haven’t got a clue where to start in terms of areas. I’ve just been looking at around the Eiffel Tower as I don’t know Paris at all but then I’ve heard about the Latin quarter... if I knew what areas were central and have a good choice of bars and cafe’s that would really help!
