Can anyone help me with picture sizes and making them bigger

My dd needs a professional photo for a brochure to be printed a4 size she has a picture off an iPhone X that is 2.2MB will this be high enough resolution to stretch it to A4?

I have zero idea but need to check before sending the photo to the printers. TIA

Thanks for some reason my phone blocked that site? It's not me that is dealing with the printers it's an agency they've told me the picture I sent isn't good enough so I need to resend another one but not sure. I'm so confused after googling it.

You'd need to increase the quality of the pic which in my experience isnt really possible without retaking it.
However, I would also say that 2.2MB should be fine for A4...
