They offered £70 for my old iPhone so I sent it in. It was immaculate.
They've now said it's bent (it isn't/wasn't)
And the screen has lifted ( it was perfect)
So a revised offer of £10.
I'm absolutely fuming.
Anyone had any problems with this company

I've been thinking of getting rid of loads of DVDs and things, so interested to hear if they're any good in general

I've used them a lot and they've always been really good. No issues at all
