I'm a bit weepy at ridiculous things today, and have a glaring zit on my chin. I tend to get impatient, very self critical and frustrated - this will melt away considerably when I start to bleed by the weekend.
Have booked a yoga class tomorrow at my favourite studio, having not been in a while, and I know it will help. It's such a cliche but I do enjoy chocolate, so have just polished off my favourite Godiva bar with a caramel filling. Just about to look online for a heat pad thing to help with cramps when it starts - my period pains are awful so I take prescription medication, but sometimes there's a really rough hour or so before it kicks in.
