Am I going mad?
I am on day 54 from giving up smoking and all of a sudden since I have given up I have not noticed any pros,
I have the most awful acne I have ever had in my life.. almost like a spotty teenager?
I am 26 young mum of 3 and I can’t fave leave my house it’s awful!
I would of hoped it would of made my skin better but it has never looked like this !
I am so depressed and embarassed!

But you don't smell!! You must have noticed that you can smell smokers a mile off.

Buy a new face wash/scrub, try and spend around the same as 20 cigarettes :)

You're awesome, well done 👏👏 (Ex 20 a day smoker. More than 7 years smoke free)

Think of the money you have saved!

First thing I noticed was that I could actually taste food again, also theres the not stinking. I smoked for 18 years and have been given up 7 years now x

Thankyou,
I have bought one which I have been using for a few weeks but no difference!
Yes I don’t smell anymore and smokers smell
Awful!

Plus your children aren't breathing in your cancerous passive smoke.

You do know it's just the toxins leaving your body?
Well done for sticking with it.

I stopped a year ago and stopped drinking alcohol as well, I suffer from facial hair issues instead which they say could have been connected to smoking, but I was never 20 per day and I also used to share with DC years ago! I am now spending on facial hair devices and products instead of smoking and drinking!! 😄

The spots may or may not be connected. Have a look at the style and beauty boards or at Caroline Hirons website for some advice that will improve your skin no end.

Stopping smoking is the number one thing you can do for your health. Well done. Don't look back.

I'd say the biggest benefit is not leaving your children motherless at a young age?

Give it time, the differences will show.
