Is this a tenant's responsibility or a landlord's?

Just wondering, if you have experience as a landlord or renting, who takes care of clearing the gutters?

Is it like changing the lightbulbs or emptying the cesspit, so the tenant does it?

Or is it more like when the toilet keeps running or the boiler plays up, and the landlord sorts it out?

I've arranged for someone to come and clear them out, and see if that sorts it. If they need anything more then I'll let the landlords know so they can get it sorted.

They've been brilliant landlords and I want to keep living here as long as I can, so if it's often seen as the tenant's responsibility then I won't quibble over it.
