Hi, does anyone know if you can store and unopened can of Anchor Light Squirty Cream in a cupboard rather than a fridge? My OH has taken it out of the frige and its been out now for about 24 hours. TIA

Only if it's a UHT one that was on a shelf rather than in the chiller at the supermarket

Should say on the can how to store it. I would squirt some in my mouth and test it

If it was mine I would put it back in the fridge but make sure the whole lot was eaten up this weekend. Or if you don't fancy it, you could let the kids have some fun making custard pies to throw at each other!

Fine imho though I think it's disgusting stuff.

Thanks everyone, the storage instructions are keep refrigerated once opened, but the website and instructions on the tin are keep it in the fridge. It was refrigerated at the supermarket so its a bit confusing.

Unfortunately I have just binned it. I cant really take the risk as we have all been ill since before Christmas with this chesty thing going round, a dose of runny tummy would finish me off.

Better still squirt in DHS mouth and wait. If he does the grand slam in a few hours we will know!

Kids love the stuff. Much more fun than ordinary cream.
