She (the cat, not the neighbour) is outside under my bedroom window yowling on and off all night.
Neighbour bought cat from a gumtree ad. Poor wee thing was only 4 weeks old.
The neighbour has told another neighbour he wants the cat to have kittens so he can sell them and that by extension he hasn’t had her spayed. She is a tiny little thing and if/when she is pregnant I can’t believe for one minute he will look after her.
She is yowling outside for hours and having stand offs with a big male. Is there anything I can do. Neighbour is not pleasant and I don’t want to confront him. Is it reasonable to report him. Is this even reportable. I just feel so sorry for the poor thing.
