Mystery fuse tripped--can anyone read this handwriting?

I have only been in this flat a short time. I came home tonight to a cold flat,electric storage heaters not working.

I checked the fuse box and the switches for the heaters themselves were still on, but one mystery switch was off. Here's the label.

I switched it back on and now I'm waiting to see if anything happens with the heaters (they take a while).

Can anyone read the fuse label? I have no idea what I've just done.

Google suggest Contactor Coil rather than Contractor.
