I’m in the middle of marathon training and mine is super carby at the moment
Breakfast potato farl with pure spread
“Creamy” pasta with peas, Sundried tomato and broccoli. Was a left over meal from last night.
A couple of biscuits when I got in before heading out for run
Making a pea, leek and mushroom risotto, with a side of tenderstem broccoli and a slice of garlic bread.
Ran 10 miles this evening , did a quick core workout before work. Also walk to and from work so I’m quite active
