I love these threads
I’m in the middle of marathon training and mine is super carby at the moment

Breakfast potato farl with pure spread
“Creamy” pasta with peas, Sundried tomato and broccoli. Was a left over meal from last night.
A couple of biscuits when I got in before heading out for run
Making a pea, leek and mushroom risotto, with a side of tenderstem broccoli and a slice of garlic bread.

Ran 10 miles this evening , did a quick core workout before work. Also walk to and from work so I’m quite active

I've had a shite day, the 2yo was in hospital getting grommets in so we had to be up and out.
Buttered toasted bagel and coffee
Meal deal (chicken sandwich, crisps, diet coke) for lunch on the ward
2 jaffa cakes and a bag of hula hoops Blush
Bacon bagel, raspberries and cream, sliced melon.

Absolutely rubbish, but it was an atypical day. Tomorrow will be much better.

Bacon sandwich for brunch

Split a portion of fish and chips with the toddler.

...atypical here too. I was off work and usually have everything over planned. Today I gave zero fucks and the grease seems to help my morning sickness. I need to find a healthier alternative however!

Husband's birthday. Porridge for breakfast, tuna mayo on seeded brown bread sandwich for lunch, fillet steak, chips, mushrooms and pepper sauce for dinner (mentioned the birthday 'cos we only have fillet steak on special occasions, not yer average Wednesday!).

Greek yoghurt and 2 tangerines
Lemon drizzle small square of cake
Lentil, chickpea and spinach pasta
Nakd bar
More lemon drizzle Grin small pieces though

Beetroot burger and wine

That feels like a lot of food!

Greggs ham and cheese baguette, two chocolate digestives. Going to have pizza for tea. I'm doing dry january so have an excuse for the poor diet

Porridge oats with whole milk at 7:15.
Coffee at 9am
Coffee with 4 almond biscuits at 11am
Cheese and tomato toastie at 1pm
Homemade chicken and chickpea curry and basmati rice with spinach at 5:30.
Having a cup of tea now

6.00am: 2 slices of toast, cup of tea

7.30pm: Bacon sandwich, bowl of butterscotch angel delight, cup of tea.

It's been a crazy day...no time for lunch 😩 By the time I got home at 7pm, I was past cooking, hence the bacon sandwich and angel delight!

Will try harder tomorrow 👍

Breakfast - 2x alpen light bars
Lunch - homemade vegetable soup
Dinner - Slimming world roasties, Linda McCartney chorizo Sausages and vegetables
Snacks - watermelon, fibre one bar and hula hoop puffts

Eggs benedict with chorizo and guacamole.
A mocha.

Shared a packet of crisps with DD.

Rice thins (a handful)

Two slices of ham.

Two glasses of wine.

Not the best nutritionally but calorifically ok.

Porridge for breakfast.

No lunch but snacked throughout the day on:

Yoghurt
Apple
Banana
A cookie
Packet of skips

Had a hot dog for dinner. Lots of onion and mustard. Nom.

Love these threads! I'm getting married in 4 months so full on wedding diet over here.

Breakfast - smoothie with banana, almond milk, protein powder, Peanut butter and oats

Snack - 2 Boiled eggs

Lunch - 2 corn cakes with avocado and Hummus

Dinner - pork and beef meatballs with cauliflower mash and a mushroom, cream and dill sauce

Couple of black coffees and lots of water!

Breakfast - Protein shake

Lunch - leftover 3 bean chilli in a wrap wrap with spinach and cucumber. 2 figs

Snacks - banana, satsuma

Dinner - 2 mouthfuls of the stir fried tempeh I made for dinner... bleugh!!! Couldn't stomach it so I ended up having a bar of vegan galaxy for dinner instead Blush

I had good intentions at least!
