He went to see a dental surgeon this afternoon, had an x-ray, a surgeon was then called who said perhaps a biopsy should be taken and the results will take 2-3 weeks. Obviously as he's only the patient they didn't really tell him anything
Obviously you can probably tell what my mind's immediately gone to.
He had a tooth out a few weeks ago. I can't remember what order the next bits happened in, but he had an infection in the site and was given antibiotics but had a reaction so the dentist said to stop taking them. The site also suddenly bled at one point so he went back to the dentist who said something about this not being right, and referred him to a dental surgeon appt. (It's only bled once.)
As I say, stupidly I can't remember if the infection happened first, then the bleed, or vice versa.
Is the fact that the results will take 2-3 weeks a good sign? Or am I grasping at straws?
I just needed to vent I think. Thank you for reading.
