Can't sleep.
DH is doing an outstanding impression of a pneumatic drill.
Wondering how annoyed he would be if I pelted him with water bombs......

Mouth guard - not the off the shelf jobbies but from a dentist. DH has had 2 operations, tried every spray, strip, pillow, gadgets galore, you name it we bought it. Nothing worked, he could wake up DS who was sleeping in a downstairs bedroom with the racket he made.

The custom mouth guard (wasn't cheap, think it's called Sleepwell Device) was a bloody game changer. Peace has been restored!

My ex sounded like a cross between a trombone and a cow mooing. I could even hear him through earplugs,or if I went into the living room to sleep on the sofa. It was one of the (many) reasons that we split up. I was becoming so sleep deprived that I was finding it hard to function during the day.

Why aren’t these men going to see their GPs?

Because a lot of GPS don't take it seriously or there's nothing that can be done.

My DH has been to gp countless times but nothing was done. Eventually saw an ENT surgeon privately and had surgery that didn't work. Was then told there was nothing more that could be done.

I can feel the beginnings of tonsillitis coming on (thanks DS) so perhaps tonight I shall revenge snore!!!
