Suggest things to do with dd 12 years old in Lincolnshire/ Nottinghamshire

We are looking for interesting days out with our 12 year old dd. She's grown out of the children's things but still wants to spend time with us at the moment so we want to find things to do as a family. We don't mind travelling a bit. Does anyone know of any interesting things in these areas please or just things your 12 yr olds like doing? Thanks.

Mountain biking in Sherwood Pines (has hire place).

Go ape in Sherwood pines too
Trampoline place? There's one in lincoln
Lincoln castle is a nice walk round, the cathedral quarter is a nice walk around too

Day out at the sculpture gardens at Burleigh House - there's also a smaller 'sensory garden's which has fun things for all ages of kids

Ah yes, I'd forgotten about Rutland Water. We went to Wollaton Park and it was lovely.
