Passport renewal - where to send old passport

I’ve just completed my DD’s passport renewal online and I’m waiting for my friend to complete the online countersigning. In the meantime I need to send her old passport to the passport office but I can’t find an address anywhere or any way to contact them to ask. Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks

The address was on the website when we completed dh's earlier last month. It was also on the sheets it advised us to print off.

The address is given online when you submit it, IIRC, but I would also check your emails.

They give the address to you when doing the application. When I did 3 renewals last year each old passport was sent to a different passport office
