Name this radio 4 drama please

Several years ago I enjoyed a radio drama which was an allegorical story about Europe ie Irish chicken farmers/German bankers/ Greek something or others. Does anyone else remember it? And do you remember the name?

This rings a bell, pre Brexit when the buzzword was Grexit - the possibility of Greece leaving the EU.
Was there a bit about all the countries going out to dinner together and one country forgetting its wallet and trying to sneak out the loo window?

Yeah, and a bit about the German bankers loaning money to the Irish chicken farmer to expand his business in an ever growing cycle of debt and despair.
