Mine ...

Got a promotion! Still in shock about it.

Submitted a short story to a writing competition. Didn't place but it was an achievement to have finished something and send it out to be read.

Big or small - why are you proud of yourself this year?

Started my training as a trainee nursing associate and I love it. Had an amazing year of mind blowing experiences. 1 more year until I qualify

Started my Masters degree, hope to finish end of 2020.
Lost nearly 20kg

@ColouredPolkaDots do you mind sharing how with the anxiety? X

I had an academic book published, and I've lost 2 stone :) (two things not related!)

I ran Manchester marathon for the second time but,ran it quicker and didn't walk at all ( this meant alot to me)

Started my own (all be it small) business .

Both were on my to do before 40 list and I did them.

Started a new job
Achieved a post graduate diploma
Became vegetarian
Stopped smoking
Began practising yoga on a regular basis
Went on a yoga retreat on my own

I went from having nothing to building a business that's now up for sale for more than 130k which would change my life and allow me to get on the property ladder!
