Bought a bag today as I've seen a soup recipe I want to try, but there's lots of it so I'd like to make up a couple of dishes.

If you eat Orzo, how dobyou like it?

I once saw a tv chef do an orzo and broccoli dish, but for the life of me can I find it? Can I hell! All8 can remember is the broccoli was cooked until soft, orzo added along with garlic, prob onion, and some wine and it sort of created a sauce. I am beginning to think I imagined it, but am always hopeful when I see people asking for recipes for orzo Grin

This is adapted from an Ottolenghi. It's one of the few veggie dishes I really love. Warning, I find it a little faffy just prepping all the veg, but it's easy if there's two of you and a bottle of wine... :)

Orzo as in pearl barley or orzo as in little pasta?
If the former, there's a great walnut mushroom and spinach bake with it in called Tibetan Roast (oddly) by Sarah Brown. it's fab.

I second the Greek lamb with orzo suggestion. Lovely if done in the slow cooker too
