Dark circles and puffy eyes

Could someone please recommend a product that actually works to banish dark circles and puffy eyes. I've tried numerous brands with no effect some even making them worse leaving the wrinkles looking even deeper than they already are and aging me 10years! Please help

not much help but I have tried everything... finally after years of whinging i went and got tear trough fillers which fixed the dark circles immediately. I then had deep laser on the eye bags themselves which got rid if wrinkles (2 weeks needed off work for recovery though)

Watching with interest re the dark circles, and ideally something which doesnt cost the earth
