Motivating coasting before crawling on all fours

Our 14 months old DD has been commando crawling for months but not crawling on all fours (though she has lately been getting onto all fours and rocking).

We have been standing her up against the sofa and she has stared to coast by herself and we are wondering if not is better for her to wait and let her crawl on all fours before motivating the coasting?

We walk her holding her arms and she wobbly but stepping and simulating walking but we are worried about whether her muscles should be strengthened naturally letting her discover crawling on all fours naturally before motivating the coasting?

Hard to find relevant topics for this and maybe worrying about nothing but thank you for sharing any experience :)
