Perfume or a handbag if it was gift money.

But then sensible me would be in homewares department for new towels or bedding.

ssd · 29/12/2019 11:49

Nice new bedding

BikeRunSki · 29/12/2019 11:53

I’ve just spent £200 on towels and saucepans at JL. DH and I decided we’d spend this joint money.

If it was a personal gift for me, then I’d probably head for the clothes concessions.

britnay · 29/12/2019 11:53

bedding

WeirdPookah · 29/12/2019 11:57

JL vouchers also apply in Waitrose if you want. My husband's Nanny gets us these cards and we love going and getting nice things we would never normally justify getting.

DoloresTheDonkey · 29/12/2019 12:01

I'd have a bottle of Tom Fords shimmering body oil in my basket and a Becca highlighter with the change. There's no way I'd buy the TF stuff ordinarily but as a Christmas treat with vouchers I wouldn't hesitate.

BeyondMyWits · 29/12/2019 12:08

A lamp, I have my eyes open for a a nice new lamp

ElizabethinherGermanGarden · 29/12/2019 12:33

Pillows

Rubychard · 29/12/2019 15:14

Cashmere

ThunderboltandLightning · 29/12/2019 15:16

I have £250 to spend. Rewards from work for delivery this year, so really ought to be spent on something special. It will end up going on something dull for the house. Blush

PepeLePew · 29/12/2019 15:41

I’ve just bought a grey jumper and a pillow for about the same amount. But was very tempted by some classy skincare as I’m trying to be better about looking after my skin by buying nice stuff to use.

Towels & Bedding

Rainallnight · 29/12/2019 15:55

One fifth of a new washer dryer.

SinkGirl · 29/12/2019 15:56

I’d love a set of the Leon crockery. Might put it towards a Kitchenaid stand mixer in the sale though.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 29/12/2019 16:20

If I had to share it with dp, I'd get some nice new baking tins and sheets.
If just for me, I'd probably buy a bag or boots.

Arsenicinthesugarbowl · 29/12/2019 16:30

I had the exact same question Xmas day OP. As it was a joint gift I bought new towels with the voucher! And I’m stupidly pleased about them too! They look lovely and had 20% off.
If it was just for me then probably perfume or beauty products!

Isadora2007 · 29/12/2019 16:31

A duvet cover set and a nice throw for the bedroom.
Or a bean to cup coffee machine.

AnotherEmma · 29/12/2019 16:35

Hush clothes (just bought a Hush dress from JL)
Perfume
Handbag
Stuff for house
Tech (Apple TV maybe or one of the many gadgets they sell!)

lotusbell · 29/12/2019 16:36

A Cire Trudon candle please and thank you

SpeckleDust · 29/12/2019 16:38

I’m putting my vouchers towards AirPods Grin

Rainallnight · 30/12/2019 12:00

Actually, I’ve changed my mind having just packed to go away - a nice new suitcase!!

thisisthetime · 30/12/2019 12:45

A whistles jumper I have my eye on

PeonyTruffle · 30/12/2019 12:53

I had a £100 JL voucher from work and I spent half on a ok Google thingy and the rest on DS's birthday presents so lego :)

CherryPlum · 30/12/2019 13:09

Bedding, or a framed picture for my bare-looking walls

SheChoseDown · 30/12/2019 13:44

I adore my JL bedding. It cost me around 100 for the duvet cover. It's lovely.... Even if the kids have somehow got pen stains on it Angry
