Just that really, it looks interesting. I know what I need to do I just need a kick start and some accountability. Divorce/full time work and bait habits have lead to me being up about 1.5 stone over past 2.5 years. I feel awful. Eat dreadfully and never exercise anyone

Would love to know this too.

It’s all about changing your thoughts by reading positive affirmations so I’m not too sure it’d work on me but love to find out if it has worked for anyone

Bait habits? Meant bad, obviously Grin. I've signed up, there's a 14 day free trial. I just need something to focus me on not sitting with crisps and wine every night and to make me move my ass!

I usually follow the Mediterranean diet which had me losing 2lbs a week (until Christmas when if it's not locked down I've eaten it Sad resulting in me gaining back 4 lbs Angry )

Would be interesting to see what Noom is about as I've seen it advertised.

I’ve signed up for a trial as well. My ‘local’ support woman is in the US but taking two small kids to a weigh-in and meeting is too much for me to cope with emotionally right now(!) so I’m hoping this different setup works. I’ve just realised I’m two stone heavier than after I had my last baby which has shocked me into a bit of action, and hopefully Noom will shove me the right way.

Keep in touch here lily if you like? I dragged the kids round a forest trail today and have managed to cook from scratch...will find it hard not to have a glass of wine though

I'm down four lb this week and haven't even really been that good!

I tried noom for a couple of months. The articles are quite good in that they don't strictly give you what to do but try to emphasize a way of thinking. The personal 1-1 person was next to useless though - she basically would take a day to respond to anything and was obviously on a script. I lost a few pounds but not as much as I wanted. I'm only about half a stone over where I want to be though need to lose some weight again after Xmas but won't do noom again I don't think.

I must say my one on one is annoying me with her cheering Grin

The articles also continually call you "young grasshopper" which becomes massively irritating. I think they should be spending more money on the personal 1-1 people - either mine was crap or each of the 'personal coaches' have hundreds of people to 1-1 at a time and don't have time to be personal/respond quickly.

I signed up yesterday too - though bit of a problem today - I can't find the scales!

Serenschintte · 02/01/2020 18:45

Signed up too. So far it all seems to be about positive thinking. I have a code for 2 free weeks and 80% off if any one wants it’s NEWYEAR80

fluckityfluckfluck · 12/01/2020 11:12

Down 6 lbs in two weeks, quiet enjoying it

Excellent results already! How have you found it in your eating and drinking habits?

fluckityfluckfluck · 12/01/2020 11:56

My food habits are much better. Drinking less but still need to improve there
