Want to book a week in Exmouth. Seem to be quite a few options. Want to be no more than a 10 to 15 min walk to the beach. Would like a park with indoor and outdoor pool. Not to fussed about entertainment, but kids club would be a bonus. Does it make it cheaper to rent from owners or the park itself?
