Misophobia who is suffering after Christmas

I have Misophobia and found Christmas challenging but I managed very well this year..Sound triggers were managed by music in background and I did the majority of cooking to avoid siting and listening to known triggers...Anyone else with Misophobia? How did ye manage? Hope ye all well..Happy Christmas

Listening to my dad clean his mouth out with his tongue hurt. That slurping, sticky sound he did after heating. I left the rooms several times.

Mil makes a constant clicking and sucking noise with her false teeth....constantly or she hums or groans.....

Yes, thankfully not much kisses going on after my outburst last year saying I can’t stand it anymore. Thank god for Christmas music at meals although I did have fingers in my ears while someone was having a horrid slurpy snack so missed a bit of a film!

Misophobia is a fear or dirt
Misophonia is an abnormal reaction or intense dislike to sounds
Autocorrect can be a bugger sometimes
