Just that really. Thinking of going next year with my 11 year old and 6 year old. It’s a bit more than I want to pay so tell me if it’s worth it..l Which activities were free (and good). Which activities are worth paying a bit extra for . Any advice/info welcome. Thanks in advance.

It’s very hilly so think about cycling/a trailer for your 6yo/the land train. The swimming pool is fantastic. I really enjoyed the falconry, but there were no children on our session so not sure if that was because it was term time or age restrictions.

It’s nice there, I’d definitely go back.

Oh definitely, we hadn't been for a few years because of various things but we chose to go there for my parents 50th wedding anniversary, remembered how great it was and know we are all going back!

We went several times when our sons were kids and it was always fantastic.

Also, it's just across the road from Longleat Safari Park, which is well worth a visit if you can fit it in time-wise.
