Me! Grin

Because there's 15 years between DC3 and DC4. (although they did manage to bicker over what to watch!)

Lol! Four DC (10 - 4 months) Both me & DH are worn out & it's only day two! Looking forward to gin once they go to bed! Grin

Me! DC 10, 12, 17 and I think this is the first year the younger two haven't had a falling out.

No first day on a long time where they all got along really well.

We had one teeny tiny bicker at around 6pm, which was impressive given that we had been up since 540am. So I'm classing it as a win for this year Grin

Me - although they are 15 & 18! Both are getting over nasty viruses though, and have mocks after Christmas, so feeling fairly frazzled. I was expecting one TBH 😁

It's probably better than previous years.... but still....

I have to say my older 3 were great when they were little. They are now early 20s and are great mates. My 5 year old does wind them up a bit. The CBBies bickering between the 20 year old and the 5 year old yesterday did made me laugh.

All clear here. An occasional wail but nothing beyond the first breath. The ratio of teachers / youth workers to children in this year's family group was of the order of 2:1.

Two years ago, it was very very different and not in a good way.

Ha that would be a dream

Yes, we booked a meal out at a local venue that had a disco and FC for the kids. It meant we both got to sit with the kids as they played with presents and no one was flapping about getting dinner on or arguing over washing up. We were out for 5 hours and we never had the TV on once to argue over it. Will definitely do this again next year. My kids are all under 8.
