Fucking Bing

There he goes again. Fucking ruining something for someone, usually Sula, and getting away with it. His victim is usually told to suck it up and accept their item is somehow "better" after Bing gets his paws all over it.

Don't get me started on the time he killed that butterfly

I've been trapped in the house with sick DC for quite some time, so it's possible I'm over invested in this

Cbeebies have clarified on Facebook why pando takes his trousers off. Apparently he is meant to represent DC with sensory issues who dislike clothes and whip them off at the earliest opportunity. I believe that flop practices gentle parenting which we also do in our house. However, he really takes it to the extreme and when I saw flop smash his phone, put it in the bin and lie about it I thought there should probably be more than a "we all make mistakes sometimes".

I was just going to come on and mention the dog shit episode but I see pp have beaten me to it.
It's now become a saying in our house: "Stepping in dogshit; it's a Bing Thing" :D

I hate bing but ds loves it. I love the episode when pando is taking the piss on the swing and bing steps in front of him and gets kicked 😂

Livpool · 24/12/2019 14:58

He is a little shit

BilboBercow · 24/12/2019 15:18

I can only conclude that Flop is heavily medicated

Doobigetta · 24/12/2019 15:37

I thought you were talking about the search engine. I spend more time than I should need to at work telling my laptop that I am never, ever interested in doing a bing search for something.

ginandgingers92 · 24/12/2019 16:24

Flop needs to tell him what an entitled little knob he is and that the world doesn't revolve around him.
Is Flop his Dad, or his Nanny? The other day it was Christmas Day and just Flop and the others, no Bing Mum or anything 🤷🏼‍♀️
Way too invested in this.

Yes yes yes! Particularly the phone bin episode. I’m all for gentle parenting but it is also OK to show some emotion to your child. ‘I’m really upset you broke my thing and hid it’ isn’t going to fuck him up that much.

I notice most of the play dates are at Bing’s house. Probably because Bing wrote his name in shit on the wall somewhere for Flop to be all ‘It’s OK Bing, you just wanted it to feel like home, didn’t you’ while Amma is just aghast at her new dining room

DisPater · 24/12/2019 19:52

I've read and followed gentle parenting as well, but dear lord there's not even any natural consequences, Flop just shields Bing from the results of his shitty behaviour!
