Cloth nappy users - any experience of close pop ins?

I want to revamp my nappies - I've been using tots bots 2 parts but don't love them. I have a skinny toddler and an expected newborn.

I'm eyeing up close pop ins as it has many of the things I prefer - velcro, double gusset etc.

It will only be day use, I use little lambs at night.

Has anyone used these please?

Yes, they're great. I used them with my 2nd child from when she outgrew the newborn ones. I would say toddlers do outgrow them relatively early compared to some other AIOs - we moved to Grovia AIOs later though I can't remember what age (but she was chunky). Disadvantage of Velcro is that it's easy for them to take their own nappy off!

DC3 is currently in newborn pop ins which are especially good for small babies (was prem), wouldn't last long on a bigger newborn.

That's useful to know, thanks @fraterculaartica. I know that a lot of people prefer poppers for toddlers, but how they get a wriggly toddler to lie still to fit a popper nappy I don't know Crown Grin i usually just do the vest up quickly!
