On holiday & have been mis-sold any advice?

Going to keep this brief as WiFi here isn’t the best.
I’m currently in Spain & have paid €180 today for a day trip which was nothing like they sold it to me, it was like something the Apprentice candidates had organised! Really rubbish morning which I’d write off if I’d not spent so much money on it. I asked nicely for a refund and no joy, I asked forcefully for a refund and still no budging apparently they don’t offer any type of refund. I paid by Visa debit, does anyone know if I’d be able to raise a chargeback for this?

Mis-sold how? Did you not get what you paid for or was it just not as good as you expected?

Being deliberately vague but they said something would 100% happen and it was absolutely guaranteed or money back. The “thing” did not happen and I was just told, sorry, not guaranteed it’s actually only 95% likely and you were the 5%, you shouldn’t have been told you’d get your money back, no refund.

Did you go Dolphin watching and there were no dolphins?
We did that one year. Saw flying fish. But if there were no Dolphins we could repeat the trip for free during the same holiday.
We ended up going out on it two years later, loads of Dolphins that time.

Wasn’t dolphins but the same sort of idea - should have name changed for this post instead of being weirdly mysterious about it (have told people from home who might link it to my other posts which I’d rather didn’t happen!)
Like the dolphins it’s something you can’t really predict, you can’t be certain the dolphins would be in a certain area on a certain day & time for example and the same goes for my trip which is why I was a bit Hmm about them saying 100% initially and queried it but the fact they said they’d guarantee it and then went back on the refund offer pissed me off! And it was shit beside this but I would have overlooked the extra crappiness had we had what was promised OR the refund or in fact even an offer to repeat the trip as per above post but they just shut down any discussion and weren’t interested that I wasn’t satisfied, and to put it in perspective I have never ever complained about anything before I’m one of those who will eat a horrible meal and tell the waiter it was lovely when they ask, but this really was dire and pushed my assertive side out although it did me no good still!
