Lost engagement ring Shepherd’s Bush roundabout or Brentford

I’m hoping that the amazing power of Mumsnet that reunited this lost engagement ring with its owner www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/3657130-HELP-Engagement-ring-lost-in-Archway-NW-London-Any-advice#prettyPhoto will work its magic again.

Last Saturday evening a very much loved engagement ring was sadly lost. It is a silver-coloured band set with a single stone. We have narrowed down where it might be to a couple of roads (as well as the Central Line and the E2 bus). Although this will definitely be outing, it is worth it if any Mumsnetters in the area could help it turn up.

First place is along the road from Kensington Hilton in Holland Park to Shepherds Bush Station, crossing to the station at the main crossing just past Belushi’s.

Second road is Windmill Road Brentford from the Toyota Garage to Gunnersbury School.

Please, please could anyone walking in either of those areas have a look for it?

It would be incredible to repeat the success of the post in August and get it back to its devastated owner.

Also...if anyone has any clever ideas of anything else we can try.

Sorry - it was lost Friday evening, not Saturday.

Silver coloured? Silver, white gold or platinum? And the single stone? Diamond?

Give us a clue before me and my bloodhound go out for our early evening walk.

Hope it's found Flowers

Have you phoned up the bus station for the E2 bus and TFL lost property to see if it has been handed in?

That other thread wasnt legit at all. Was clearly a troll post so it's ridiculous that you think posting on Mumsnet will help you.

Seven12 · 23/12/2019 05:52

@FestiveFavourites. It is a marquise set diamond. Thank you for looking.

TfL and the bus station have been really helpful, but no luck so far.

@GreytExpectations I don’t know if the other thread is true or not. What I do know is that if I was on Mumsnet and saw something like this local to my area, I would have a look if I was walking down the road.

Well I’ll be walking down Windmill Td later today so I will keep my head down and look for it.
Have you posted on Northfields FRiends FB group?

Seven12 · 23/12/2019 08:58

Really appreciate you having a look for me. Thank you.

Will also look at posting on Northfields friends FB.

I think it might actual be called Ealing and Northfields friends these days.

It’s ridiculous that you think posting on Mumsnet will help you.

Both harsh and unhelpful.

I don’t live in the area but will keep fingers crossed for you OP. Have you tried local Facebook groups? Printed flyers?

Seven12 · 23/12/2019 10:41

Thank you. Flyers might be a good idea
