I can't work out how to delete from the Kindle app on my phone

Can someone please tell me how to do it!

There are books on there that I will never look at, downloaded when I first got my kindle years ago & stumbled upon a website that listed free kindle books (my Kindle's out of charge or I'd do it on there).

I think you need to go to the amazon website and go to Manage Content and Devices

Oh! I was on amazon on the laptop not long ago too, to request a refund for an item . I even plugged in my Kindle to charge so I could try and do it on there.

I'll get around to it next time I get the laptop out in that case, thanks @dementedpixie.
